This is the screen before lockon is accomplished.
 

This is the screen when things are working properly.  All of these items appear automatically when locked on.
 

Here is the MAC address is shown.  The IPS provider must change their address to agree with this one.
 

If the IPS requires PPOE, then enter the account name and password.
 

This screen (may) be used with a cable modem, but I don't know.

Here "Radio" has been assigned to SSID.  This and Win-98 Network, Identification, "Workgroup" name must
be the same.  Notice the channel number.  The PC cards also must be set to this number
